It's long overdue getting this newsletter to you all, my apologies.
It's been a busy few months in the business calendar with some big changes affecting much of what we do - be it legislative or financial.
With more and more duties becoming digital, we strive to make our software as quick and easy as possible, so you can complete your office tasks and get on with the other things in life.

New Staff

Meet Jacqui

Jacqui is the newest member of Shebiz, taking over from Dave who sadly is retiring.

She will run our remote office service and assist with support.

Jacqui comes with an extensive office admin background bringing her expert knowledge of business needs and requirements.

Originally from Riverton in Southland, from a Rural Contracting background, she is well versed in the rural sector and an asset to our team.

She looks forward to talking with you soon.

New Stuff Reminder

Xero Integration - Paybiz Only

Xero is the accountants preferred software these days.
In response to this we have added functions to Paybiz for invoice integration with Xero.
This allows the interchange of Debtor (Xero Contact), Debtor Invoice (Xero Invoice) and Receipt (Xero Payment) information.

CXM - Livestock Office Only

CXM is a Customer eXperience Management module.
Fully integrated with automated subscription billing and contract letter generation..
Includes a Bulk Email facility for distributing newsletters and marketing material.
Manage your interactions with your current and potential customers.
Centralise customer information, contacts, products, leads, service calls (logs) and activities.
Track your interactions and keep on top of follow-ups.

Windows 11

A software upgrade is available to anyone who wishes to move from Windows 10 to Windows 11.
It is favourable to get our upgrade first before switching.
The upgrade will take approximately 1 hour, so please plan ahead and book your time with us.
We'll take care of the rest.

Follow Up Reminders

Follow Ups - For LO + PB

Follow Ups are notes added as automatic reminders.

Automatic reminders 'pop-up' at login
These can be read by up to 5 users
They can be set to repeat at regular intervals
They can be set to email
Action notes can be added by all users
High Priority can be set
Mark as inactive by ticking 'Completed'

Set Follow Ups - Go to Help > Follow Ups
Or use the Shift + F10 key combination.

Reminders

BACK UPS - should be done daily - click here for details.

Over the last few months, there have been a couple of situations where data has been lost by clients.
Hardware failures, accidental laptop damage, theft.

Those that had an external current Back Up were easily able to continue their work.

Those that didn't ..... DIDN'T.
Enough said.
